How quickly can Marble Masters Restoration respond to a project inquiry?

Most residential inquiries get a response within 2 business hours. Commercial RFPs deliver detailed proposals within 2 business days for qualified scopes.

Marble Masters provides services across all regions of Saudi Arabia. Our operations are based in the Eastern Province, however we undertake projects nationwide depending on the scale, scope, and requirements of each project.

We regularly support clients in Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam, Al Khobar, Jubail, Ras Al Khair, KAEC, and other major cities throughout the Kingdom. For large-scale or multi-site projects, we are fully capable of mobilizing specialized teams and equipment anywhere in Saudi Arabia

Yes — in-home assessments and project estimates are free for residential and most commercial scopes. A senior technician (not a salesperson) visits your space, evaluates surfaces, photographs the condition, and discusses your goals before providing a written proposal within 48 hours.

Marble is calcium carbonate, which reacts chemically with any acidic substance — lemon juice, tomato sauce, vinegar, and many household cleaners. The reaction dissolves the polished surface, leaving a dull or whitish “etch” mark. Even careful cleaning won’t prevent this if the cleaner itself is acidic.

Many marble stains — including oil, food, makeup, and organic stains — can often be reduced or completely removed using professional stain-removal techniques such as poultice treatments, which help draw absorbed contaminants out of the stone over time.

However, not all stains can be fully removed. Results depend on the type of stain, how deeply it has penetrated the marble, and how long it has been left untreated. Some substances may cause permanent discoloration or surface damage (etching), especially if acidic or harsh chemicals were involved.

Yes. Color-matched epoxy filler restores both the appearance and structural integrity of the chip. From standing height the repair is invisible to a normal observer.

Soap reacts with hard water minerals to form a film that cements to the marble surface. Hard water itself deposits mineral scale. Both are removable through professional restoration — but daily squeegee use prevents recurrence.

Yes. We routinely work in occupied homes with dust containment, floor protection, and end-of-day staging plans. Most clients stay in the home during single-day projects; multi-day projects with adjacent room access typically also stay in residence.

Yes — annual maintenance contracts for residential and commercial clients. For high-use luxury condo lobbies and hospitality clients, we build custom maintenance programs that prevent the cumulative damage that requires major periodic restoration.

Stone restoration is much more affordable than replacing your stone. It also takes much less time to restore your floors rather than replace them. So for a fraction of the cost of replacement you get brand new looking stone with less down time and no mess.

Regularly vacuum or dry sweep the floors to remove microscopic dust and debris. When required do a wet cleaning using either a pH neutral cleaner, or plain water to mop the floors.

Well it still depends. How often do you clean your stone and what do you use to clean it. How many people use the space the stone is installed in? Is it in a wet environment (shower, water fountain, pond…), is it exposed to harsh chemicals, is it exposed to the elements…? How particular are you about the way the stone looks etc…
